1. Let It Out
If you are feeling down, think about what is making you feel so down. Try to figure out ways to help the problem. Try to journal about the issue or talk to someone about it so you can let that negative energy out of you.

3. Counter
Try to counter that negative feeling with a positive one. If you asked someone out on a date and they said no, don't sulk about it. Remember what happened the last time and try a different approach for the next one.
4. Overcome
Make sure that you are not worrying too much about what happened. That can make it worse. Always figure out a way to overcome the situation. You will.
