1. Make a schedule that can get you at least 3 or 4 session in the gym every week. There are so many things we have to do throughout our busy day but if you want to start getting fit you will have to find some time.

4. Focus on working out when you are at the gym. There are so many people who are watching television or day dreaming. You will gain more from doing one set of reps with complete focus instead of 10 sets while watching the local news.

7. Make sure you take a shower before and after you go to the gym. You want to take one before because smelly toxins accumulate on your skin which can release from working out. And after because, well, you don't want to look or smell like a sweaty Ogre.
