First you should write down all of the things that you want to do in a day. This includes work, school, homework, leisure and so one. After that, figure out how much time you spend doing each.
2. Start In The Morning
You should begin your daily schedule by writing down when you first wake up. Do you take a shower in the morning? Make breakfast or order it while you are getting ready for work? You should definitely try to figure this.

3. Review Your Schedule
At the end of you making your schedule, look at your list and see how it looks on paper. Do you think you are spending too much time in leisure? Then try and cut that down to maybe an hour and see wear you can add it somewhere else where you can be more productive.
4. Try Spreading It Out
If you think you are trying to do too much in a day, maybe you could spread it out in two days rather then one. Figure out what are the most important things that you need and what you can do without.
