1. Don't Say It
NEVER, EVER, EVER say that she is pretty. Pretty girls have heard this from hundreds of guys every month and they usually ignore them. There is no explanation for it, but I advise you never to say "You are such a beautiful girl." Trust me, she already knows. Instead, try to compliment her on something very specific. Say something like, "I like your shoes." But make sure you really like them because she will know if you are just lying to her. Be sincere.
2. Be Calm
Make sure you smile and look into her eyes. Don't be Mr. Creepy and stare at her like you should be on 'How to Catch a Predator' though. Be calm, cool and collected. Listen to what she has to say and move the conversation forward.
When talking to the girl, stay engaged with her and make her know you are listening. Saying things like, 'uh-huh' and 'yeah' or 'right' will let her know you care about what she has to say. And it will keep you engaged in the conversation as well. Make sure you add to the conversation as well. Try not to 'end' the conversations with certain phrases like "well that's cool." It can come across like you don't want to talk to her.
4. Good Looks
Make sure that you look nice in public. Never wear anything that makes you look like something she wouldn't want to be around. Make sure all of your clothes are clean and ironed. No woman wants a man who can't take care of himself. A woman wants a man and not a son. And woman think about that when ever they meet someone that they can potentially date. If you are in a more formal attire make sure everything matches. Especially your shoes and belt, if anything at all.
5. Ask
Ask the girl about what she likes to do. Ask her about her goals, her job, aspirations but nothing too personal at first. No questions about parents or other boyfriends at all. She may not be comfortable talking about that with everyone and that can mess your date up completely.
6. Laugh
Try and make the girl laugh from time to time as well. Woman love to laugh and to have fun. And more importantly, for some woman, they want other people around them to know they are having fun. So be nice, funny and cool.
7. They're All Different
Remember, every girl is different, so always ask her what she likes to do. Maybe you could make her like you more by surprising her from doing what she likes. All in all, have fun.
