How To Smile

A real smile is one that makes other people smile. A genuine smile is one that is so infectious and will have people magnetized to you. Having a nice smile will help you get a date, make someone feel happy, get a raise, make more friends and even more. I hope these tips will help you in achieving a good smile for yourself. Enjoy!

1. Good Teeth Hygiene

You should always practice really good hygiene for your teeth. Brushing them twice a day everyday. Make sure that the brush on your toothbrush is a soft brush and not a hard one. The soft brushes are healthier for the teeth.

2. Fresh Breath

Make sure that you have a good fresh breath. You should use mouthwash or even chew Trident Gum. Trident is really good for bright white teeth.

3. Be Confident

Be comfortable with the smile that you have. If you are not confident about your smile or just don't like it, keep working on it. Having a nice smile can come across as being very powerful. People in general will approach you much more if you put on a nice smile instead of a a big frown.

4. Think

You can try thinking about things that make you happy in life. Doing this will make your smile seem genuine (and in turn, it will be). Thinking about something that makes you smile can cheer you up in an instant.

5. Don't Forget Those Eyes

Use your eyes to smile just as much as your mouth. Smiling with your eyes can make your smile seem so warm and tender. If you are doing it right, it is almost like looking at a shining star when someone looks at you smile.

6. Practice

Work on your smile. Creating a good smile is a process. Also, you can have more than one smile. You should get in front of a mirror and play around with different ways that you can smile. You can try looking at pictures of yourself when you are smiling and see which ones are your favorite.

7. Copy...or Steal

If that is not enough. You can also try to look at pictures of other people and figure out how you can emulate that smile. Picasso once said, "Good artist copy, Great artist steal."
